ApexChain Analytics operates on a purely success-based fee structure. You are not charged any upfront fees for initiating a recovery case. Our 25% fee is only applicable upon successful recovery of your assets.
Some complex cases may require an evaluation deposit to cover forensic tools and investigative costs. These deposits are:

The 25% withdrawal processing fee is non-refundable once a withdrawal has been processed. If a withdrawal is rejected before processing, the full amount is returned to your account balance.
To request a refund, contact us at info@apexchainanalytics.com with your case ID and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method where possible.
